Lawyer by the University Externado of Colombia, she is also a specialist in commercial law by the University of Los Andes. Specialist in educational quality oriented to higher education, with extensive experience in legal advice for the education field in Colombia.

Leader in international higher education and K-12 operations. He is an investor and advisor to several education companies in LATAM and USA. Sergio also has an MBA from the Warthon School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.

A member of the founder’s team of Scala Learning. Currently she has more than 25 years of experience in education. She has been director of companies such as Pearson and Cambridge for Colombia and LATAM and has been involved with OPM related to top tier universities for 7 years.

Expertise in planning, implementation and development of virtuality strategy. William has been director of the University of La Sabana in Colombia and virtuality advisor at UniNorte and EAFIT.

Highly experienced in the implementation of multiple international OPM projects and virtual education processes. Juan Sebastian has an MBA from Westfield Business School and a specialization in digital transformation from MIT.

He has more than 20 years of experience in the education sector and has a broad focus on the implementation of regional and international projects. Has a Master’s degree in administration from the Universidad del Valle de Mexico and a doctorate in Communication and Strategic Marketing from the Universidad Anahuac.

Specialist in virtual learning environments and bachelor’s degree in technological design. Deivi has great expertise working with universities. He has a PhD in education from the University of La Salle and is a Master in education and ICT (e-learning).

Agustín leads the Operational Services center made up by Human Resources, Administration and Finance, Technology and Legal. He has a Master’s degree in Finance from the Torcuato Di Tella University, and a double MBA from the Torcuato Di Tella University and HEC Paris Business School.

Psychology, currently she has more than 5 years of experience as a coordinator and manager of human talent, university wellness, social and educational projects with children, youth and adults. Extensive expertise in organizational training and educational processes.
